FAQ
Is the e-Arrival Card separate from the visa?
Yes. The e-Arrival Card is an administrative entry form. The visa is your right to stay. Both are required for air arrivals.
Can I fill in the e-Arrival Card at the departure airport?
No — submit it before boarding. Do it at least 24 hours before departure to avoid any issue at check-in.
Is the e-Arrival Card required at land borders?
It primarily applies to air arrivals. For land borders, rules may change — check with the relevant post.
How long is my QR code valid?
It is tied to your flight number. Submit the form between 1 and 7 days before departure.
