Expatolog Cambodia

About Expatolog Cambodia

Expatolog Cambodia is the French-language reference for administrative procedures in Cambodia — visas, tax, housing, healthcare. Every piece of information is sourced from official documents and verified before publication.

Why this site exists

The idea comes from a straightforward observation: when you settle in Cambodia, French-language administrative information is either non-existent or scattered across Facebook groups, dated personal blogs, and old forums. No resource combines the rigour of official sources with the readability of a practical guide.

Expatolog Cambodia was initiated by Leon, a Franco-Cambodian expat in Cambodia and creator of the YouTube channel "Leon — vivrecambodge". Faced with the absence of a reliable resource when he settled there himself, he decided to build one.

Who we are

The site is designed, built, and managed by Qualia LP. An editorial team oversees the writing and fact-checking of every guide. AI tools are used for research and wording — every piece of content is reviewed and approved by a human before publication.

To understand how information is verified, see the Methodology page.

Expatolog Cambodia is not affiliated with any Cambodian or French administration, nor with any law firm or visa agent.
