Patent Tax (Patente)

Mandatory annual tax for every business registered in Cambodia (individual or company), payable to the General Department of Taxation (GDT) each year. The amount depends on turnover and taxpayer category.

Paying the patent tax entitles you to a patent tax certificate, often required to open a business bank account, sign a commercial lease, or invoice.
