Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Responsible for foreign policy, Cambodia’s embassies and consulates abroad, the issuance of electronic visas (e-Visa) via evisa.gov.kh, and the transcription / authentication of foreign official documents (marriage, birth) on Cambodian territory.

- issuance and renewal of long-stay visas (EB, ER) prior to Immigration control (which falls under the Ministry of Interior).
