Cambodia’s General Department of Customs and Excise, attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). Responsible for import / export duties, import VAT (10% standard), excise duties on certain products (tobacco, alcohol, vehicles) and goods control at borders.

Works alongside the GDAHP (animal health) for pet imports, the MoC for import-export licences, and the MPWT for registration of imported vehicles. The electronic clearance portal (ASYCUDA) handles most formalities.
